MAJOR fail, what a disaster from start to finish. walked in and was told by multiple hosts/servers that they would be right with us while they were clearly busy serving other customers, plates in hand. been here several times and there is never a couple hosts waiting/greeting, and seating people at the front of the house. this was a sunday night and it was not busy. got seated in a booth that could barely fit six people, and the waiter knew. didn’t really matter it was just a bit snug, i was pressed up against the window that had cobwebs all the way up it. nice. our waiter was friendly and chill but made all the wrong moves the whole night. he didn’t come to the table much, but when he did he was chatting with us a bit, which was good- but he never came around enough. got our drinks down and even those took a while. dirty dr pepper was such an odd colour like an iced coffee with milk, didn’t look creamy and tasted watered down. never was really offered refills the whole night, no water. we ordered our appetizers and entrees all at once and three out of the five of us wanted the lobster grilled cheese and an order of the spinach dip with the lobster maybe too. but our waiter hadn’t told us that they have ran out of lobster.. now the three of us have to order something else on the spot. two got the chicken fried chicken and one the chicken parm. we still got an order of spinach dip, which was served in a noticeably smaller dish than before, same price. usually they offer pita or chips for the dip but it came with pitas that were fine but very greasy and oily. we get our food finally and they tell my dad that they forgot to put his burger on, so he’ll have to wait for it while everyone else starts eating. the waitress barely even handed me my plate, i thought i was going to drop it. they gave my dad a couple french fries on an appetizer dish to suffice while he waited for his food. all of the fries had seemed as though they were reheated in the microwave, gross. not salted- but don’t worry they took all the salt from the fries and put it on any breading. the fried chicken tasted like what i imagine the bottom of the atlantic ocean to taste like, with some thawed broccoli (unsalted, no butter), and a tablespoon of sticky, glue-like mashed potatoes. the chicken took up less than a quarter of the plate. my grandmas chicken came a few minutes after the tortillas and topping for the fajitas, which was a bit confusing- and there was clearly no where for the plates to go because the waiter never cleared our appetizer dishes. her chicken was overcooked, fries were burnt. no ones food was hot, all cold, portions like a cafeteria, quality too. my dads burger finally came, the bun was stale and splitting as he ate it. because they didn’t bring my dads burger on time, they offered us free dessert instead of just taking it off the bill. we wanted two cookie sandwiches and one lava cake but the waiter ignored and missed the second cookie sandwich my mom wanted, so we only got one order. my grandpa orders a coffee and a water that take 20 mins. and as the waiter comes out to bring us the dessert, he says they ran out of ice cream. mind you, every dessert on their menu contains ice cream- but he could’ve offered us the ice cream cake on the menu, unless it was sold out too. so he handed me a lava cake with no ice cream and two cookies on a plate. our plates were never cleared, my dad had to ask him… my mom and i both wanted to take our chicken home, but the waiter decided to throw it out instead. do i need to say any more??????

The only thing good about this experience was the waiter. The food was shockingly subpar for a Kelsey’s. We eat at others all the time. We had the bruschetta flat bread and it was burnt on the edges and sloppy in the middle. The chicken wings we just ok but today my husband has food poisoning . My salmon was burnt and the driest piece of salmon I have ever had. The girl delivering our food literally dropped the food on the end of our table and it was only two of us at a booth. We have been to many Kelsey’s and enjoyed all of them. The only saving grace last night was our waiter who was excellent and very apologetic. We don’t complain about restaurants but this one was terrible and we will never be back.
Was here a few weeks ago with some friends for Sunday lunch, and Nicole was our bartender. We had been bar hopping around Golf Links, and our experience here really stood out. Nicole was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what she does, which made the whole experience even better. We asked her to make us a secret cocktail for a game we were playing and it tasted just like a caramel apple, and none of us could figure out what the four ingredients were. The happy hour food menu was fantastic as well, and we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the bill was. Definitely planning to come back!
We had a great experience at Kelsey’s, thanks largely to our server, India. Despite a very busy night with multiple large birthday parties, she remained quick, attentive, and consistently checked in on us. Our drinks were promptly served and regularly refilled, and we never felt overlooked.
We also mentioned we were on a tight schedule for a movie, and India made sure our food came out quickly so we could enjoy our meal without worrying about time. We truly appreciated her efficiency and care.
Her friendly, attentive service made a big difference in our visit. India is exactly the kind of server who turns a good meal into a great experience. we’d happily return because of her.
I hope management realizes what a Gem they have in India!

It was our anniversary. We didn't feel like going to a restaurant to eat but we still wanted to celebrate it (2 of us and our 2 daughters, both over 18). We decided to order a nice meal and eat at home so we could all drink. According to Waze, the restaurant is 7 mins from our house. We picked it up, they made us wait at least 10 minutes, and when we got home, the food was cold and one meal was missing. I called the restaurant, they said we could go back and get it. At this point, now, the other 3 don't want to eat without the other one so they all wait, now their food is stone cold. Went to pick up the missing order and it was not exactly what I had ordered. I got fries instead of the mashed potatoes, and no gravy. And that entre was stone cold too. I think it was my original meal, just sitting there. We will not be ordering from there again.
For the record, the manager did throwing 2 pieces of cheesecake and 2 cookies. But we had already bought a cake to celebrate. Needless to say, we were no longer in a celebratory mood.
