  I placed a mobile order for pickup at 2:30 p.m. When I arrived, I was given an order for “Zoe” that only contained one bowl. I was then told that someone had taken my actual order, which contained two items, so they had to remake the entire order. We ended up waiting until around 2:50 p.m. to receive our order. Given the additional wait and inconvenience, I was expecting the portions to be decent, especially after seeing the bowls being prepared for customers in the store and how full they were. However, when I opened my bowl, it was noticeably less than the portions I saw being given to other customers. It was very disappointing to wait an additional 20 minutes because my order had been taken.

  The food is decent, but the portions, cleanliness, and serving practices are ridiculous. The chili-lime chips were so excessively seasoned that they were completely inedible. They weren’t lightly dusted like the picture—they had a thick, overwhelming layer of chili seasoning all over them. The rice is another issue. When there’s only a little rice left, instead of adding fresh rice, they scrape the bottom of the dish and serve it. Nobody wants rice scrapings from the bottom of a container. The tables are constantly dirty, which is unacceptable for a restaurant. And the meat portions are ridiculously stingy. If you don’t specifically ask for more meat, you get a pathetic amount and your bowl is practically half empty. You shouldn’t have to repeatedly ask for a decent portion every time you order. The food has potential, but the cheap portions, dirty tables, and poor serving practices make the experience frustrating. For the prices they charge, they need to do much better.

  Absolutely ridiculous order $110 worth of Uber eats after I sent the order I called the restaurant to confirm to make sure everything that I ordered was in the bag. I did not want to have to call and complain three out of the six orders were right I called the store mentioning I paid for guacamole. None of the six had guacamole nothing I’d sour cream they all had hot sauce got hung up on and I keep calling back from different numbers then they answered saying that they’re the manager and then keep asking me what the name was for my Uber eats. Nobody else ordered $110 at the same time off Uber eats they know exactly what order I’m talking about. They said if I want a refund to go through Uber eats never again don’t waste your time. If it’s not a number one combo with a Coke they don’t know how to manage. Disgusting don’t waste your money.
