  Loved this restaurant when it opened but it has certainly gone downhill since the last time I was there. The restaurant was dirty, garbages overflowing, all bathrooms out of service, trays with leftover food on empty tables. Plenty of staff on yet only 1 lady was actually working. Lots of chatting staff standing around. Wanted a regular chicken bowl, there was no chicken ready. Was told it would be 10-15 minutes for it, since I had already been in line 10 minutes I opted for the steak bowl instead. No fajita veggies available either. Steak was incredibly dry. Maybe some of the staff standing talking could have been making veggies and chicken or helping the only staff member making everyone’s order. Overall a terrible experience and I’m not likely to return. Better options available that are closer to home. What started out as a great restaurant has definitely fallen in quality and service.

  Ordered a chicken burrito bowl via DoorDash and found this in my bowl.?? Disgusting. I think this location has really bad hygiene & food safety compliance issues👎

  Ordered three tacos via Uber Eats (who btw need to really improve their support services). They all arrived freezing cold and messed up. The toppings leaked through the taco shells and were leaking from the bottom of the container. It basically turned into a bowl because the actual tortillas were a soggy mess. This was quite possibly the worst order I have ever received. Whoever prepared and packed my order should be embarrassed and dismissed. Never again.

  I have visited Chipotle 6-7 time now in last 3-4 months, the quantity of the bowl was really good in the beginning. The server would add good quantity of stuff to the bowl. However, from last 2 visits, I am very disappointed. I always get sofritas bowl and unfortunately I had same server during both visits. I noticied the sofritas quantity was low in the container so she only added lil bit to the bowl. I mean why would you do that, I am paying for the food so i should get what I am paying for. Otherwise the food tastes good as always.

  You pay good money and expect good value. I ordered a bowl with half chipotle honey chicken and half beef barbacoa. A less then full scoop of chicken and a tong full of beef. Way too much rice and when I pointed out to the server the complete lack of protein, she was rude. I watched other people get bowls and they had so much more protein. I asked one lady if she got double chicken and she said no. This inconsistency needs to be addressed. This is the second time it has happened at the Ancaster location. Management needs to talk to their staff about what constitutes customer service as both times the servers were rude and both times portion sizes were not worth the money you pay. No consistency in protein portion sizes. If it happens again I will inform them they can just keep the bowl.
