  Cane to explore and dine in, new to this town. Looking at me, they thought I am a delivery guy (being an Indian so)!!! Didn't ask anything just made me wait telling the food is getting prepared 😂😂. Thought not to say anything and walked away, living in 21st century but the stereotypes are still intact here.

  Inconsistent customer experience whenever we choose Montana’s, but today will unfortunately be our last visit. The restaurant was less than half full, yet we sat waiting quite a while without anyone checking in for drinks, and the food took forever to come out. We were also served 15 wings instead of 16, and when we mentioned it, the response was pretty nonchalant. Hoping this was just an off night, but the service really missed the mark today. Food was okay.

  Came in with my mom for early Mother’s Day. The restaurant was super busy, but we had a great experience with Kelly! She made it special for us for Mother’s Day weekend! Definitely coming back and asking to sit with Kelly!

  I visited here with my family on Family Day last year, and overall, we had a good experience. I really appreciated that the server brought brown paper and colored pencils for the young kids—it was a thoughtful touch that kept them engaged and showed attention to families. However, I was a bit disappointed that a kids’ menu wasn’t provided, as it would have been helpful to have more suitable and varied options tailored to the children. On the positive side, the steak was cooked to perfection and was very tasty, well-seasoned and served just right. I also appreciated that we were asked about our preferred steak doneness rather than the server making assumptions, which showed attentiveness and good customer service. The presentation of the food was appealing, and the portion sizes were satisfying. I also liked the seating arrangement. it was comfortable, spacious, and not too loud, which made it easy to enjoy conversations without feeling overwhelmed by noise. The overall ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a nice setting for a family outing. The bathroom was clean and in good working condition, which is always important, and the general cleanliness of the space stood out. There was also good parking available, which made the visit more convenient and stress-free. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas that could be improved, especially when it comes to accommodating younger guests.
