If I could give this place a zero or a negative I completely would.
ended up going through the drive-through and as we pulled into a spot, somebody else pulled in a few seconds behind us into the opposite spot. The lady at the counter took the person’s order who is beside us first and made us wait an extra 5 to 7 minutes to order, even though we were there first. Pulling up to the pay window, the person at the counter didn’t even look at us and ignored us for the first eight minutes we were there, yes, I timed it. They opened the glass an inch so I could tell them I was paying with debit and asked them to have a manager there as well because I was not getting acknowledged and I was not getting an explanation as why we were being served after the people who were there after us
I pull up to the second window and I asked for a manager, and I got our food when I was told that that was the Manager right behind the lady who gave us our food at the window. I explained how I was frustrated because the person got served before us, even though we were there first and that the person at the counter wouldn’t even look at us or talk to us, and I thought that was very ignorant.
The lady tried justifying saying that there’s two different people taking orders and it doesn’t matter who goes first. And then she stood up for her cashier who was completely ignorant, and wouldn’t even look at us.
As she was justifying it, I said fine. I’ll call in and started to drive away and the manager, as well as the staff who is sitting at the window, decided to laugh… Yes, I saw that right laugh at us.
I left the parking lot immediately got on the phone with the general manager at this location. I was telling the general manager what happened and was told “ we will deal with it “
Rudeness or ignorance is one thing, but to laugh at somebody in their face and call yourself a manager is another thing. I asked for this to be dealt with, and I don’t want any discounts or gift cards or anything, I wanted an apology from the lady who laughed in my face and was told that that’s not going to happen. So I then asked for a manager above him and I asked for the owner’s number email and was told that I’m not getting that either
