    Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I visited to use a Subway gift card, but the employee was unfamiliar with the process and incorrectly told me it did not work at this location. After several unsuccessful attempts, I felt rushed to complete my payment because of customers waiting in line, despite having already waited while an online order was prepared. I eventually paid by credit card to avoid further delays. After leaving, I confirmed that the gift card should be accepted in-store. When I called, the employee had to ask the manager for assistance and then told me I would need to return to the store to try again. The issue was clearly a lack of staff training, which resulted in an inconvenient and frustrating experience. The food quality was also disappointing. The lettuce appeared discoloured and not fresh. In addition, staff did not mention a promotion advertised at the entrance, and no napkins were provided with the takeout order. Overall, poor customer service, inadequate staff training, and concerns about food quality made this visit well below expectations.

    Rude lady don’t wanna today go home rest comeback tomorrow..don’t show ur attitude to customers or just ruin there mood..Thank you hopefully do some training and help lady to keep her attitude to herself or just learn from that young girl

    Lady making sandwiches looked so miserable, was barely asking me why I wanted in my sandwich just staring and didn’t even hand it to me after I paid. Left the receipt on the table and got upset when I said I couldn’t hear her. Terrible customer service
