The customer service has improved a lot, and you can really tell the staff care much more now about giving customers a good experience. The pizza is consistently fresh and tastes better than most other pizza franchises in my opinion. Definitely a place I keep coming back to.

The two young girls at the front are always so patient and polite, no matter who the customer is (and I’ve seen some pretty impatient customers before!)
