  I asked for a cup of water large is possible, I was told I have to pay or get a small cup for free. So, i agree with the small cup. The girl put it in the system like an actual order and total was $0. My issue is, I waited over 5 min when she could have just got the water right away. It’s not like I was waiting for fries or a burger. I waited for so long that I left without the water I needed to take my pill. BAD SERVICE!!!

  Had our daughter’s birthday party here today with Katie as our host. Everything went smoothly and all the kids had a blast. Thank you so much Katie and team for all of your hard work and friendly nature. Would definitely do another McDonald’s birthday after this experience!

  The last two times I have been here, they have missed part of my order. The first of these times, the server at the payment window read my complete order to my satisfaction. Then when I got to the food window, they missed 3 items from the order and made me pay for them! The manager argued that the missing items weren't on the order. The second time, I had to go in to get my missing item, and the server at the counter was kind and gave me the missing item no problem.

  This location is one of the very few left that still have excellent customer service and polite staff who have been properly trained and know how to do their job. I was thoroughly impressed with the way they took our order, confirmed it at the window to take payment, handed me my food and asked me to confirm it's correct before having me pull off. Everyone was so nice. I'd make the trip from Scarborough to here just for the proper Mcd's customer service

  Went through the drive through and asked for 2 small waters and was charged for 2 small coffees. I asked when they started charging for waters I was told by the female manager 6 months ago. I had just went to the restaurant previously the night before many times and got water free of charge. Very unfortunate and disappointing. $2.50 for 2 ice waters. Ridiculous
