  Waited nearly 20 minutes at a no customer line KFC Canada location in Ajax ( Store # 1377) on Tuesday Aug 6th afternoon. The staff ignored me and did not apologize for the long wait. During the wait, staff members Cathy, Bianca, and another employee wearing a hijab came to the counter several times to hand out online orders, but they repeatedly ignored me waiting at the counter. I was not acknowledged for at least 15 minutes, and no one apologized for the long wait or provided any update. A simple greeting, acknowledgment, or apology would have made a big difference. I believe the staff would benefit from at least basic customer service training to improve communication and ensure customers feel valued.

  Food quality is very bad. Oil smells like over used and the oil was all over the chicken dripping. Fries are bad too.

  Was in shock when I ordered through drive through to be asked to come back in to get my food when it was ready.
