  Didnt have chicken at lunch time had to be told 10 mins after ordering it was going to another 10 mins to cook

  I think that this is a very nice place with good food and all, but my only issue was when I ordered a diet coke with no ice but then received an ice tea with ice.

  I placed an order, and it was clear that the staff did not know how to properly take orders. The employee who served me was very disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. He had no customer service skills and did not know how to speak to customers politely. His attitude and behavior were unacceptable. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place based on the poor customer service I received.

  I've been to the Ajax KFC several times and the staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service is fast, the restaurant is clean, and the team consistently goes out of their way to make customers feel appreciated. It's easily one of the best customer service experiences I've had at a fast-food restaurant. Keep up the great work!
