- RSrenee searles5 days ago1.0I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience here. I ordered a cheeseburger grilled cheese, but when I got home I realized they had given me essentially a grilled cheese with the toppings and no burger patty. I drove back to explain the mistake, and instead of simply remaking the order, I was told I had to pay an additional $4.50 for the meat. They then handed me a single patty and expected me to put it onto the sandwich that had already been sitting for about 20 minutes. When I expressed that I expected the sandwich to be remade fresh, I was met with attitude and was made to feel like I was somehow being unreasonable. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What bothered me was how the mistake was handled. I paid for a cheeseburger and should have received a fresh cheeseburger—not an additional charge and a loose patty to assemble myself. The customer service and attitude made the situation much worse than it needed to be. Definitely not the experience I expected from Five Guys.

But other than that the place is great food is great ! Lol

Ive been in when they are not busy and the fries are cooked well and crispy. But Friday night was a mess. Dirty Tables, food all over the floor. And the fries were undercooked and awful. The experience was awful. I hadn't been in years and it has clearly gone downhill. Sad.
