My sandwich was made perfectly with fresh veggies and everything tasted amazing. Definitely one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had. Will be coming back again soon! 😊
- MSMelissa Snider1 day ago1.0No working washrooms for a month now. Bun was dry and stale. Worker cutting meat slices while on her cell phone—no gloves. I will not be back to this location. Not friendly like other stores. Has been reported to Public Health.

There were two staff members working, and they spent most of their time speaking in another language with the customer ahead of us, which made the interaction feel unprofessional and exclusionary. The order took an unusually long time for Subway, and it appeared the customer may have received a free sub, which added to the confusion and delay. Meanwhile, several DoorDash orders were left open and unattended on the counter while staff focused on other things. One employee was also repeatedly checking her phone. The wait time became excessive, and multiple customers behind us were clearly frustrated and complaining. What stood out most was the lack of customer service no acknowledgment of the delay, no apologies, and very minimal interaction with anyone except the one customer. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving service and customer communication.
