  The staff working on May 11th around 9:30 pm in Acton in the drive thru need a lesson in decency. Not sure if it's in the employee manual that laughing at customers for their order and making sarcastic comments is how to operate. The students were laughing at the order, then when caught, the young man working said, "Have an EXTRA McHappy Day." Plus they never bothered to get the drink that was ordered. I guess making fun of customers took precedence. Completely unprofessional and frankly horrible service.

  so,, used the drive thru. specifically requested a fillet sandwich. checked receipt but not the bag. when i got home - so sandwich. just the other combo. had to use their complaint system via text which was not good. to compensate, for my time and gas, they gave me paper gift certificates for a sandwich and2 drinks. Oh to use each drink, you have to spend $4. i comment on many restaurants and have thousands of views. dont go here and expect any customer service to fix issues.

  Worst McDonalds around. We don’t eat fast food as a rule but stopped for a sandwich and a coffee along with a muffin. The food was tasteless the muffin was a rock and the coffee was the worst. The staff were great and courteous. I contacted the ownership company and they sent a coupon for a free snack when I spend $4. This was a good restaurant before the new owner came along…..

  Make sure you look at the screen before you pay as the girl in the drive thru today added a donation without even asking and then got quiet when I asked what it was. Questioning if she just does that to everyone without asking.
