- EHElk Hunter5 days ago1.0At 4:20 PM on April 7, there were 14 people waiting and only 1 checker at check stand 6. I was #8 in line. I called their customer service number but it rang forever and then went to VM. I had just come from Talphs where they were so busy that they had 5 check stands open. No wonder Ralphs is always busier than Vons-and Ralphs has lower prices too😇
- MMMegan Mathis5 days ago1.0I placed a custom cake order and was told I could pick up at 4 pm. I showed up to pick up my cake at 4 and nobody was at the bakery. I had my 1 year old with me and after 15 minutes of waiting, he started screaming. I asked for help from the deli and the guy was very rude and said to go to customer service. Nobody was at the customer service desk either. After a total of 40 minutes of asking for help and trying to wait patiently while wrangling a screaming 1 year old, I ended up grabbing an ugly cake off the shelf. This cake isn’t what I wanted or what I ordered, but I could not keep my son in the store anymore. LESSON: DO NOT EVER ORDER CAKES FROM THIS BAKERY. GO TO WALMART INSTEAD. ANYTHING BUT ORDERING FROM HERE.

Then they wanted me to wait in line again and go back to the meat counter that can't seem to work the weigh machine and need help. I just walked out, and left all the groceries I wanted to buy rather than deal with that.
