  Just left the restaurant and have never been served a more disappointing Cioppino. There were two shrimp, two mussels, one piece of octopus and a sliver of fish. There was about an inch of watery broth. It would hardly suffice as an appetizer, if it were even palatable. And it’s $45!!! Service was amazing though. Charlotte is the best.

  Best sea food bass w broccolini at Piper At Hyatt Hotel Sea Bird that we’ve ever eaten. This Chef knows how to deliver superb breakfasts also. Highly recommend 5 stars for everything!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  “I regret eating here.” The food was honestly rough to get through. Completely unsalted steak and under-seasoned shrimp paired with over sauced mushrooms. A sea bass so tiny that left my daughter saying “I’m honestly mad”. The meals looked delicious, but the execution is notably subpar. The service was attentive and the ambiance was attractive and inviting. Maybe worth getting cocktails, but better choices nearby for the food Update: Breakfast was notably better than dinner. We both quite enjoyed the food and the portions. Service was attentive, as well. I would come back for breakfast, but we won’t be trying dinner again.

  Really don’t like the 6% kitchen fee and then tipping on top of it. Why not just raise menu prices instead of adding on this hidden tax? Other than that the food was good, especially the weekend brunch buffet. However, some of the portions were small, especially the butternut squash soup. It was $17 ($23 after kitchen fee, tax, tip) and was literally about half a cup. Half of was probably stuck inside the presentation jar which was unnecessary.

  I tried to use my breakfast credit on breakfast takeouts. But was refused due to kitchen being too busy. Instead I was directed to in room dining options with the same menu for takeout. However this adds on top 22% service fee and delivery fee. So we sat down in the restaurant, ordered food as usual and asked for a takeout box. I don’t understand what it has to be so complicated to order takeout. Plus the food is severely overpriced!
