  No toilet paper or soap in the restrooms, so what are the employees using? Clean though. Not a good sign.

  I’m really sorry Mickey D but I have to leave a bad review, I really need to rack up these rating places points thing so my friends finally appreciate me. I also didn’t get served for 15 minutes

  Slowest McDonald's ive seen in awhile Edit: still unbelievable on how slow they are April 7th. 20:55 2026 heard management bark at staff to let the phones ring and dont answer.

  Food has gotten worse as the prices continue to get higher. I go when I get the cheap coffee deal but I am not paying the prices for the crappy food. Before someone says it, the speed, not the food, has seemed to be corporate's focus long before Covid and the minimum wage increase.

  So I have been coming to this McDonald’s since I was a kid. I currently have been going to this one more recently because. I sometimes need a quick choice for coffee on my way to work. I’m leaving this review because I am annoyed as of late. First I want to start off by saying the only highlight of this place is Brandon who works breakfast/lunch just about every time I come in. He’s awesome and truly the only good employee they have. The manager Vanessa is rude as all get out and refused to serve me breakfast once even though I ordered it in the app on my way to work. And I made sure the order was in before 10:30 which is the listed time they stop serving breakfast. I showed up and Vanessa refused to do anything. I then lost my rewards points that I used in my order and never got them back. And today sadly I didn’t get their name but the staff member who gave me my coffee and took my order was super rude! No “Hi how are you” or “how’s your morning?”. Just handed me my coffee and didn’t say a word! Rude!!! Not too mention she got mad because I wanted to add a coffee for $1.99 to my app order because the app didn’t have that option. It’s amazing how much the staff here seem to hate their jobs and not value their customers. Brandon honestly deserves a raise because he’s the only highlight this l lagoon has right now!
