- LLLeslie4 days ago1.0i ordered a big mac and it came messy like they threw it together. when i asked for sauce the teenager at the window said it was an extra charge and look annoyed like she didn’t wanna ring it up because she handed the bag over already. Management needs to step up and correct their employees.

They hand me my food and basically push it into my hand and started to close the window right away. I stayed there and asked can i get creamer and ketchup please? They look annoyed and said how many? Four. They hand it to me rudely and close the window right away. GROWN WOMEN KEEP IN MIND. Wow. No cars were behind me so it must be the DUMB timer they worry about more than how they treat their customers. They don’t care about smiling or being polite at allllll. Who hired these people? Management needs serious work

Most frustratingly, the staff was openly mocking customers in Spanish right in front of us, assuming we couldn't understand them. It creates a toxic and unwelcoming atmosphere. I’m not sure what’s going on with the management here, but the lack of diversity and basic professional standards is ruining the customer experience. Avoid this location until they fix their hiring and training practices.
- MKMalissa KMar 11, 20263.0I only go for the coffee and that is only when I get the discount on the app. My favorite childhood restaurant is now over priced, the food is inedible. The servers, bless them, are always nice and friendly. I know their California salary increase has been blamed for the increased prices, but this chain's downfall started LONG before. And I certainly wouldn't work there for $20/hr.
