They have a solid menu of various burritos, quesadillas, tacos, etc. This is a popular spot and can get very busy during certain times and on Taco Tuesdays.
Can you tell me why your workers would serve this to me? I went thru the drive thru this morning. Got home, eager to have my steak and egg bagel. BURNED BAGEL.

Went in for new Arch sandwich. Long line and only one kiosk open. Employees refused to help at the register. After food was finally ordered, they for got the fries. Went waited at counter for 10 mins to talk them about getting the fries. I was told they needed to make a fresh batch for us. When we evogot the fries, they were cold and soggy. Btw, new Arch burger is horrible.

This McDonald's is a neighborhood spot. It's often hit and miss, like most fast food. When it's on, the service is great and the fries are bussin'.
Has to be the worst location in Oceanside. Staff are constantly rude, and unwilling to help a customer, and this location is constantly dirty. Rather than create a customer experience, every single person at this location is simply punching the clock and going through the motions. Not a single iota of competency can be found in this store. My wife ordered breakfast, paid for it, was told the order was ready by app notifications and then when I showed up to pick up the order we were told was ready, we were told our order was cancelled and nothing could be done because breakfast was over 4 minutes prior. When I asked if the value could be applied to a lunch meal, the young lady denied us and said no she was only going to cancel our order. So, instead of TRYING TO MAKE IT WORK, she decided to :
1) lose a sale
2) invite an irate customer to email her corporate office with her name and the managers name on duty.
3) once again prove why robots deserve to work at McDonalds , if the people are just as uninterested in being there as she is.
App refunds are not instant, so not only did this employee waste our time by not honoring the payment they received for a product, but now we have lost money, time, and the fuel to get here. Absolute buffoonery happening here. Fire the whole staff and replace them with iPads.
