  Terrible location don’t ever order from here. I’m telling everyone that it made me wait over 10 minutes for my online order. Also their screen that’s supposed to display. The numbers has been broken and hasn’t been working for months could be years for all I know, but I did everything on my end via ordering the app double checking it trying to make sure it needed an update. Nobody else had to wait as long as I did. I was the only customer that had to wait over 10 minutes and then the workers at the counter told me I have to come and tell them.after I place an order and I don’t have to do that! They get notifications when somebody places an online order or uses their in person Kiosk at the restaurants. I’ve already contacted corporate over this issue. It’s not me. It’s not even the app it’s the restaurant itself. It’s this stupid location. I hope they get shut down and I’m not gonna stop reporting them. I’m going to the next level up. I don’t care if they deserve it, they shouldn’t have been targeting me and treating me differently. They should’ve made my order as soon as they made everyone else else’s. Now they’re gonna pay!

  Mediocre burgers as expected but they will charge you for tap water as an iced tea so $3 plus “paper bag fee” lol

  Food is not prepared properly. They even tried to charge. .10 for a bag. Give me a choice. I left the food and the bag and walked out. Terrible customer service. Will not return!!

  Everything was good but apparently the city has charged them with an ocean cleanup fee since January 2025. Hence we also should be paying for the paper bags. Other than that food was fresh and service was great.
