I used to work in the food service industry and to see them not try better with their customer service pains me because it’s not that difficult. Yes it’s probably just a part time job but in this economy, they should be taking it seriously since I can guarantee many people would do better and actually appreciate the job. They served us at 9:11 am today but this is just the first time I’ve complained.
