- JJJakeJan 14, 20261.0One of the worst Taco Bells I've been to. Prioritizing drive thru orders before Dine in orders is insane. Why can't they do it both dine in and drive thru at the same time? Another thing too, professionalism. I shouldn't be able to hear half the crew cussing up a storm in the back of the store. Employees not communicating or having stations, each person is working individually. The dine in area was an absolute mess, trash on the ground, chairs not pushed in, self serve tablets broken. I shouldn't see Employees vaping around the food. I saw 7 people in the back "working" while multiple customers are waiting to order their food. They refuse to acknowledge customers, i have to wave one of them down to be seen. I wasn't gonna write a review but this terrible service has happened multiple times. No one had any motivation to help in dine in, the crew looked at one another for someone else to do it. The floor was absolutely disgusting, it needed to be mopped and swept. Another mention, the soda machine area was also unpleasant to look at. Previous sodas around the area dried up and left a residue that is sticky. The lids and straws for the paper cups was scattered. The condiment area was also a disaster, not separated, stains left from sauces. This taco bell is especially embarrassing
