I explained that I intended to make a purchase and just needed to use the restroom beforehand, but they still refused. I spoke with the shift leader/manager and the employee at the counter, and neither was willing to help or use common sense in the situation. What made it worse was that the employee printed a random receipt from a previous transaction (with his name on it and another customer’s order) and told me to call a 1-800 number that wasn’t even listed on the receipt. I did contact customer support and sent an email; they told me someone would call me back, but the overall experience felt dismissive and unhelpful. I want people to be aware that apparently even if you’re planning to spend money here — potentially a lot — you still won’t be allowed to use the restroom first. That feels unreasonable and unwelcoming as a customer.
