- APAylisa PenrodAug 16, 20251.0Came in today after work and had the worst Experience Not only did it take the employee on duty 40 minutes to help me and two other customers before me, but I noticed while she was making my sandwich she was put her entire hand in the garbage can multiple times. Which obviously is a health and safety hazard that will be reported to osha . In addition to that while I was waiting in line I asked the employee if I could get a large cup for ice as I had a pint of ice cream actively melting and was told no but this employee had no issue letting a homeless person come in with a personal cup and fill up with some soda . As if I wasn’t a paying customer

The guy working was less than thrilled that my order contained 4 sandwiches and a wrap. I felt like i was bothering him and i could swear it seemed like he was being forced to work. In the end i asked if he could write names on the sandwiches so i could know what was what, he proceeded to chicken scratch the letter T on each one. Subway has become a JOKE. What a shame.

They are always very polite and nice and greet us was we walk through the door. The food is always fresh. Just a nice place to go and eat. Nice atmosphere.
