  mobile orders are cancelled because they are “not a participating location” for deals even tho they are listed as one on the app. super annoying

  First of all, they do not accept coupons, never. I wanted wheat bread. They said they didn't have, but I clearly saw some in the back. She said they were only for the online orders. Their customer service is terrible, just go somewhere else.

  Went in here to buy a sandwich and a drink had to use the restroom first. Instead of being greeted Ted with a hello, I was ridiculed for using the restroom saying customers only. So instead of buying food here and eating, I went down the street instead. These employees need to be trained on good customer service. Will not ever come eat at this location. You should talk to your staff.

  trying to place an online order, and it’s immediately canceled. I called and they tell me their manager is having them cancel all the orders with coupons on them saying their store is not eligible. If their store was not eligible, I wouldn’t be able to use that coupon on their app, That has always been the case. So I’m not sure if the store manager is trying to make more money or what but seems pretty fishy to me now they want me to pay $23 instead because “they aren’t participating in the promotion” sure, cause last week it told me another store wasn’t and i wasn’t able to use the coupon. just weird way for you guys to force customers to spend more money. disappointing.
