  Needs a little refinement. We ordered off the menu. The cinnamon pull apart bread was good but not great. The avocado toast was solid, but the eggs were only lukewarm. The scramble had great flavor, though it also seemed like it had been sitting before being served. Service felt stretched, likely due to being understaffed, and we waited about 20 minutes to be seated. With two large hotels relying on one breakfast spot, Hyatt really needs more than a single option. There’s a reason the reviews here tend to be mid. Potential to be great.

Look guys I hate critique in the food industry but I honestly feel scammed. I paid over $30 for 5 squash dumplings that’s nearly $7 per squash dumplings. I don’t give a rats butt about tourism tax, ambiance tax, and beach tax you can’t justify that kind of markup. In terms of international standard of price to quality ratio, this place is for sure a below one star if the UI permits. Cooking is a commodity, chef that means there is a large population out there that also cooks. And it’s clear you cut the white sauce with these dumplings 4 stars too much starch. Idk what your qualifications are but have some integrity in your work man. It’s such a disappointment. But hey life is about learning and I hope you see this review. I didn’t even call the manager, I didn’t even live up to my damn name. P.s. If you read to this far I thank your patience with my rant and I hope you have a nice life.

  Menu limited and overpriced. Entrees very small. The cioppino is served as a bowl of various cooked fish and shellfish onto which they pour a small jug of thin tomato broth at the table. No flavor in the broth and no flavor provided by the fish. Very odd and disappointing. Stick to preparing food as it should be. Don’t try to be clever. Waitress was great.

  Sorry never made it here after I saw this on their menu. "Our check includes a 6% surcharge to help offset the cost of State & City minimum wage increases. The surcharge is not a tip or gratuity".

  The food presentation was nice, the taste was good but I've had better. A little expensive if you ask me. For a latte, avocado toast and poached egg plus 18% tip was $47ish. the service and hospitality was great though.
