pulled up to the drive through a full hour before closing, just getting off of work, was asked if I was using the mobile app, and heard nothing else. asked twice if somebody was there, still no response. I drove up to the first window, and someone from inside ‘pointed’ to the next one, so I drove up again. sat there for a while and still no response or acknowledgment, so I drove off and spent my money elsewhere.

Horrible service I ordered my food at the kiosk after being refused help by an employee because I had questions about the menu. And when it came to grabbing my order, it was ready and sitting on a counter in the kitchen while I stood there staring at it while no one acknowledged me. Plus the food was not up to par

Everyone is rude here no matter the time. Every time I pull into a lane to speak in always told to hold on and the other lane even though they come after me gets helped first and I'm still waiting. But this morning 1/25/26 the girl in the first window was rude and acted like I was a bother. Eyes rolling and aggressively throws my receipt at me no greetings or thank you. Just a horrible attitude. I'm done coming here and will be letting other people know how horrible us customers are treated. Will be spending our money elsewhere.
