  Antwan was so attentive and made me coffee with a warm smile the young men here treat women with respect !?Josue is also manager material for food and beverage,so professional and attentive to consumer needs he even waited for me to taste the coffee to see if was good like a chef?! Bon appetit! The young men here are off to a great start in developing skills for success! One time the team for got to put cream and sugar I asked on the app need helpful reminders please because I had to drive back three miles and one time after ten pm the crew gave me cold fries so keep an eye out for the night crew. Thank you

  DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. This McDonald’s location truly needs to be reviewed by upper management. My orders are consistently incorrect, no matter how simple the request is. Asking for extra ketchup results in receiving none, and requesting no pickles somehow turns into getting even more than usual. As a former McDonald’s employee, this is extremely disappointing and concerning. It’s clear the staff isn’t paying attention to order accuracy, and there seems to be little regard for customer satisfaction. I avoid this location whenever possible because I can almost guarantee my order will be wrong. Today I only stopped by because my son was hungry and I didn’t have time to drive to the more reliable McDonald’s up the street—which is the one I normally go to even though it’s farther away, simply because the service is so much better.

  McDonald’s new self-serve kiosks are the slow, blinking death of what used to be an American institution. Remember the old folks who’d camp out with coffee refills and a newspaper? Gone. The hum, the chatter, the little slice of life that used to make this place more than a sodium pit? Gone too. Now it’s just cold automation and dead eyes. Food with all the soul of a cinder block. No service, no humanity, hell, you can’t even wash your hands or take a piss without begging a keypad for permission. A restaurant shouldn’t feel like airport security. McDonald’s has jumped the proverbial shark. Do yourself a favor: don’t eat here. They don’t care about your experience, your health, or anything beyond scraping a few more dollars out of your day. There’s better food and better people just about anywhere else.
