Usually do drive thru at this location, but today I decided to dine in. I thought it would be neat to see how much it’s changed since they remodeled this location. I put in my order through kiosk and then tried finding a clean table to sit at, all tables were dirty. Finally found a somewhat decent one but then waited a total of 25min to get my food ready. Went to the counter to see what the hold up was and saw that my order was sitting on the other side of the counter still waiting on an item from be prepared, didn’t think it would take them over twenty minutes to make a burger. I had to ask one of the crew members to freshen up my fries since they were the first thing to go cold. He was kind enough to complete my request and apologized for the mishap. With the remodel they removed the fountain drink station in the lobby so if you’d like a refill on your fountain drink you will need to get it from a crew member. As if that wasn’t challenging enough, the crew didn’t acknowledge any of us as order pick and other customer waited to get their order taken. I tried getting one of the supervisors attention but was ignored, I understand it’s busy but as a supervisor I think they can take a second to thank customers for their patience or at the very least acknowledge us. I had to go past the register counter to get one of the two supervisors attention only to be told I need to stay behind the counter, to which I replied that I would if they would just acknowledge us since at this point there were several people waiting to order and or pick up. Not a place to dine in, I will stick drive thru since it’s their main priority and not the customers that choose to dine in.

Drive thru so slow, people rude, order sloppy in bag. WORST PART WAS GETTING CHARGED FOR A BAG THAT WAS SHOVED AT ME. They have multiple signs on the window that they HAVE to charge for bags, it's an oceanside law they say. I say BS, McDonald's can eat the bag cost easily and unlike at the grocery I have no option to decline the bag. Gross money grab.

I cant tell you how many times ive been to McDonald's and the servers are lowk horrible. But this one, I just stopped by and AT NIGHT and Kion (African Male) bro was the goat. His energy was enough for me to not even be tired anymore but to actually be energized. Bro is the Goat and honestly yall should give him a gift card or 100 bucks bonus. But anyways, good man. He did help me out and made my night better.
