What is wrong with McDonald's. I haven't been in awhile and was shocked at the prices. 15 dollars for a "value meal #3" is not ok. The ordering TV screen was broken and my fries were cold and soggy. 15 dollars gets you a burger and fries from a local restaurant where they give you higher quality ingredients and hot fries!!! 15 dollar value meal!!! How can McDonald's call that value when others do much better.

So tired of the incompetence of the workers in this joint. All they do is let the fries die. How hard is it to drop new ones? All you have to do is lift it and drop them and salt them. Absolutely abhorrent to sell a side of fast food fries for almost 5 dollars and have them be stone friggin cold. This is the last time this spot will ever take my families money. No more! They told my man they could make new ones but it would be 20 mins. So lie. That’s their solution.

The food is always subpar, it’s McDonald’s I expect nothing less but it’s cheap and good enough so I still go very very occasionally now. When I came to this specific location they got MOST of my stuff right, but I had to let them know they forgot my drink. I had ordered a gold sauce snack wrap/ranch snack wrap meal and they completely forgot my drink. That’s fine so I went back through again and told them and showed the receipt to the guy, but one of the ladies came over and asked him what’s wrong. I said “it’s all good” and she looks at me and asks “are you lying?” while laughing so I ask what she said because I didn’t hear her the first time and she says “are you lying?” so I say no obviously and try to show her the receipt and tell her it’s on there and she doesn’t even come over to the window. She went around the corner to where the guy was and proceeded to peek around the corner and laugh at me again. It was very rude and she looked like a manager or a shift leader so it was even more disrespectful. I also had to remind the guy that I had a SECOND McFlurry and I didn’t even realize until I got home that they forgot my vanilla cone. At that point I just stayed home because I didn’t want to criticized and called a liar again. This location is terrible, if you want to go to McDonald’s just go to the one on College, or literally any other one.
