- DCDaniel CastroAug 6, 20251.0⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Not the Jamba We Know I’ve been a longtime customer of Jamba Juice, but tonight’s experience at the 2619 Vista Way, Suite B2, Oceanside location was the worst I’ve ever had. My wife placed an order at 8:01 PM for 4 drinks and a fruit bowl. We waited 40 minutes before finally receiving our order — even after watching other customers come in after us and leave before us. When I came in to ask what was going on, the employee (Samantha) gave me immediate attitude. She made a rude comment about “most people only ordering one drink,” shut the door on me without giving straws, and then told me to “get a life” because I asked how many people usually work that shift. Unprofessional, rude, and totally disrespectful. We’ve always enjoyed Jamba, but this was unacceptable. I let the woman know and she said she’s aware and saw it this morning but she said they aren’t allowed to touch property so she doesn’t know what to do. I would do it but then I’d get in trouble. I think this is something that should have been taken care of immediately. Sincerely-a Jewish woman.
