My wife placed an order at 8:01 PM for 4 drinks and a fruit bowl. We waited 40 minutes before finally receiving our order — even after watching other customers come in after us and leave before us. When I came in to ask what was going on, the employee (Samantha) gave me immediate attitude. She made a rude comment about “most people only ordering one drink,” shut the door on me without giving straws, and then told me to “get a life” because I asked how many people usually work that shift. Unprofessional, rude, and totally disrespectful. We’ve always enjoyed Jamba, but this was unacceptable.
