  The person working the drive thru was very very very RUDE and I will never bring my family or friends to this place or get food . I will give my money to other restaurant before I give it to your restaurant!!!!!

  Arrived at 10:50, they advertised closing at 11:00 Pm not good. Drive through no one even answering or acknowledge that they were close.

  I think people underestimate El Pollo Loco: the food is really much better than fast food and can definitely compete with table-service restaurants. For your first time, if none of the bowls or burritos are calling out to you, just get the chicken with a few sauces on the side: that's where El Pollo Loco started and it's still great. The service at this Oceanside location was also very friendly and efficient: a happy crew working together well (at least during the busy Sunday lunchtime we went).

  En este Restaurante Nunca te dan tu orden bien, siempre falta algo, lo raro es que nunca te dan algo de mas, por querer ellos ir a favor de el tiempo terminan dando tu orden mal, que coraje tener que volver solo a reclamar por lo que ya te cobraron y no te dieron...
