  Many of times when my colleagues and I try to order via the app on certain days they turn the online ordering off because they stated "short staffed" and that I would have to come into the location to order. This is ridiculous I'm losing points because I can't order via the app. Everyone need to be retrained and staff according to the huge base that this location is on.

  As of 08-22-20 they are still 24hrs and still doing mobile orders. Not sure why it is listed as temp closed.

  A multiitude of issues I have with this place, and I want to start by expressing my dissatisfaction with the quality of service offered to military servicemembers and their families at these base facilities! Customer service is terrible, they're under trained and entitled. I've heard of stores not accepting card (insert whatever excuse you'd like) but to be told cash isnt accepted at an establishment that services thousands of Marines and Sailors on a military installation is mind blowing. This has to be the first time I've heard something so crazy, so why even open your doors if you can't provide an expected service? Just another laundry list of items that continue to prove my point of subpar resources and facility options provided on Marine Corps bases...
