  Sorry, but after opening the door and entering just a few steps in we turned and walked out. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. Grossed out decided not a very sanitary place to eat. How do they have an "A" Rating? Who is inspecting this place?

  I had a negative experience with an employee at your location. I believe her name is Alicia, as that is the name on my receipt. She was working on the GM orders on March 6, 2026, at around 4:40 PM. When I walked up to the GM order area, she did not greet me at all. Instead, she immediately said, “Name?” in a very abrupt manner. I showed her my receipt and explained that I had forgotten to receive my two sides of red hot sauce. She looked at me, looked away, grabbed the sauces, and placed them on the counter near the cashier where another customer was standing, instead of handing them to me even though I was right by the GM order shelf. If she did not want to hand them directly to me, she could have at least placed them by the GM order shelf where I was standing. When I noticed the containers were barely filled, I politely asked if I could please have another one. She rolled her eyes, looked away, and sighed while preparing another sauce container. This time she handed it to me in a disrespectful way. Instead of placing it in my hand, she opened her palm and rolled it onto my hand. Overall, the interaction felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope this feedback can be used to address customer service expectations so that other customers do not have a similar experience in the future.

  I walked into this Chipotle today to redeem my birthday reward! The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. I wish I would have gotten the name of the girl who helped me. She was AMAZING! I walked in and she was super friendly. I told her I was there to redeem my chips and guac reward. She said it was just guac if I wanted it anyway I said yes. When I kept scanning the code it didn’t go through. I tried like 5 times she finally said don’t worry just take it happy birthday. Then she reached behind her and gave me chips too! She made my birthday special and I will be bringing business here even more! Thank you 🙏🏼

  I went in for a veggie bowl the first young lady who helped me was very kind. She put the veggies in the bowl and asked the guy next to her if he could add the protein. He turned around and gave me his back. A few seconds later the first person who helped me asked him again and he said ok still with his back to me. The girl went to pour the protein herself and then he turned around. I guess they had just cut up some chicken but he never once said anything to her or to myself. I’m not sure why people have such bad attitudes towards customers when we’re just trying to put in our order. The rest of the questions her asked were very blunt. Never looked up just looked down. Then to top it off they didn’t even have lettuce. Just about the worst experience at a chipotle ever.
