  I like mc Donald’s but hate it when I order on the mobile app to get some type of discount and they tell me to pull up to the front of the place and to wait for my order. No that is not acceptable, treat mobile orders as though they are drive through orders! You have as much time to finish mine as the person in the drive through so stop asking people to wait in the front so you can skip over us for another 10 minutes and hurry up and give us our order.

  Super frustrating when you order table service and they dont deliver it and you have to go up 20mins later because "they cant find your table". Why nunber them and do it if you dont have a map or anything of the tables.

  I placed my order and had to repeat myself more than 3 times at the drive thru. Then the guy taking my order still got the order wrong. I was missing an item but wasn't charged, so I was willing to pay for it. The employees did absolutely nothing to help the situation. They really made me park and get off to place an order. They couldn't use common sense to simply charge the order at the counter and give me the missing item through the window. The service here is absolute garbage. Thanks for nothing.... Literally.
