I like Wendy’s but hate it when I order on the mobile app to get some type of discount and they tell me to pull up to the front of the place and to wait for my order. No that is not acceptable, treat mobile orders as though they are drive through orders! You have as much time to finish mine as the person in the drive through so stop asking people to wait in the front so you can skip over us for another 10 minutes and hurry up and give us our order.

My last two visits were very disappointing! Food was good, drive thru service was terrible. Cashier barely spoke. The AI order taker had better customer service skills.
