- BBBreanna ButsonNov 28, 20251.0Super upset. Ordered on the subway app. Arrived and they are closed. Open sign is on. Hours on the door says open and apparently they’ve stolen my money. Update: it’s been over a week. I’ve called x3 and spoke to someone. 1st person the next day put me on hold and called the manager and the manager said it would be refunded. 2nd person on Thursday the 4th took my name and number and said they would have a manager call me back about it 3rd person I had to call back today Sunday the 7th bc no manager called and no refund and they again took my name and number for the manager but no refund and no call back.
