The drive up & go spots(there’s 6 of them) you can usually always find one when picking up your order. The people who have helped me have all been friendly.

And I was not the only one asking where stuff was!

Specially the women who work at flowers side, acting like bossy . I pick up a lot Ross and other flowers. Just ask her can I have bag ? She responded No more with face attitude eyes slurs up and downs. No more shopping here . I will do business somewhere else where I feel comfortable and welcome.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable for the most part, as they're a new store and everyone is still getting the hang of everything. There's a gentleman that works in the butcher department that greets me every time I'm there, and we chit chat for a bit. He always makes sure i'm finding everything that I'm looking for. It's refreshing to see some smiling faces while shopping!
