- DWDiana Williams2 days ago1.0My husband and I went there for the first time on January 6th.. the store itself is very nice.. everything looked clean and fresh, my only problem was, when I asked for assistance in finding a grocery item the clerk put his thumb back and said back there.. that's customer service? , SO I had to.look for if myself.. then when I got to the check out line, every clerk had a scowl on there face.. not one smile.. I guess I'll go back to shopping at Winco.
- CMCase Mods5 days ago1.0One of the employees was hovering over me - only me - in the self checkout. I had a $8 chinese food bar plate and 2 sodas. There were 5 other people at the self checkouts. Whole foods in pleasant hill, walnut creek, concord, etc never hovers over me at self check-out. Everything in this area sucks.
- RRRuss RileyDec 28, 20251.0Safeway charged me full price on 4 items for $20 discount, because they said 1 item was not part of the deal... When I brought the items back and showed photos of the item advertisement, it Proved ALL of the 4 items I bought were advertised as 4 for $20... They apologized, but I doubt if they updated the store's computer to recognize all qualifying items eligible for the discount.... That was a lot of money difference !

When he got here, he attended the people in front of us, when he got to us we were 4mins from them closing and he said that he couldn't give us a cake because he was close and we told him we were waiting for him this whole time, also lady at the registration was very rude too. Idk what wrong with these employees, this store was just open a few weeks ago and everyone is in a bad mood 👎🏻 this is probably the first and last time I come here. Wanted to share this, so you know what to expect.
- LLleoDec 18, 20252.0Very nice store, our first visit and the employees were not very friendly. We purchased a bottle of don Julio that we needed a key for. The manager (blonde haired lady) did not even greet us or say hello. The cashier Tayler was obviously new and overcharged us for 12 donuts 17.88 when it should have been 11.99. Went back to the register and the same blond manager had to do a refund. Again, no hello or any words. She gave me the difrence of 5.89 and no receipt and and again no apology or thank you. I thought it was california state law that if an item was overcharged we would receive a 5 dolar gift card? I had higher expectations for this new store
