No that is not acceptable, treat mobile orders as though they are drive through orders! You have as much time to finish mine as the person in the drive through so stop asking people to wait in the front so you can skip over us for another 10 minutes and hurry up and give us our order.

I was missing an item but wasn't charged, so I was willing to pay for it. The employees did absolutely nothing to help the situation. They really made me park and get off to place an order. They couldn't use common sense to simply charge the order at the counter and give me the missing item through the window. The service here is absolute garbage. Thanks for nothing.... Literally.
