- HOH OApr 4, 20261.0"I am baffled by the service at this location. We placed a mobile order for four sundaes, and every single one was wrong. Not only were the ice cream flavors incorrect, but we also paid $0.89 extra for toppings that were either missing or substituted. Reading a digital ticket shouldn't be rocket science. It is disappointing to pay a premium for a customized treat only to receive something completely different. I won't be ordering through the app here again." Or even come to this store ever. The one is Brentwood store has better customer service. Can Oakley Employee's not read English????

The place was clean however either the employees don't understand English, or they want to serve how they want to serve. We asked for extra topping and only received little topping. We ordered a Capaccino blast with, 2 scoops Jamoca Almond fudge ice cream and got not ice cream only chunks of ice. No military discount. Looks like we will be sticking with our favorite ice cream place. Baskin Robins in brentwood on 2nd street.

How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
