  I usually don't leave reviews but the experience was terrible. I got food poisoning from eating a burger and fries.i know this because I ordered only one beer which I didn't even finish half of it. I was in the bathroom at least an hour throwing up and multiple staff was aware of this. I also let them know I would like a refund for at least the food portion. After that I needed to leave immediately due to not feeling well 😕 and what do you know I was charged the full tab and they even charged my card twice. I had to call the restaurant a few days later to request a refund and for them to remove the charge. I asked to speak to a manager but they said they were too busy and I would receive a call back. I never received any call back at all. This was a horrible experience I don't recommend anyone eating here.

  Not only were the bartenders OUTRAGEOUSLY rude (didn’t love that we sent a drink back that we didn’t order)…. The manager is in capable of directing this group of idiots (employees). Our game “ended” in frame 8 .. even though a “game” was paid for; they attempted to explain how frame/time worked— weee proved wrong with no correction. They also (front desk), after paying for 7 people + shoes, said “you know it’s national tip day” and MADE us tip her. Honestly, don’t go. There are way better places, with more intelligent/caring employees

  ★★★★★ I had a fantastic experience at Plank! The atmosphere was lively and fun, with plenty of entertainment and a great outdoor vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food and drinks were excellent. It’s a perfect spot to hang out with friends, play games, and enjoy a memorable time. I highly recommend Plank to anyone looking for a unique and energetic experience!

  Extremely dirty place! Service is non existent! Menus are sticky and never cleaned. Arcade is filthy and when I told the attendees that none of the 6 hand sanitizer machines are working they shrugged their shoulders and said “yup” we don’t have batteries! This place is going downhill. I can’t wait for Dave and busters to be finished next door!!!
