- NLNae LinggOct 16, 20251.0Walked in to retrieve my order and the employee name Patricia said she gave it to a man. Both employees Patricia and Rosalina refused to help me . They also refuse to remake the order, even though I told them that it wasn't me and it was a mistake in their part. Additionally, I showed Patricia proof on my phone ( her name was Patricia so they say ) she shrugged, rolled her eyes and proceeded to help the next person who walked in. Afterwards I attempted to call the store but I couldn't because the number that is provided on the stores website is disconnected. The employees refuse to service me. They even at some point refuse to speak with me. They would not give me a manager's name nor a number to reach anyone to get the issue resolved. I have video proof that I will be sending with my complaint. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
