When we called to place an order, the girl on the phone asked for our name (which we carefully spelled out), then oddly asked if we were dining in or taking out, even though this location doesn’t have dine in service. She also asked how many people were eating, which again made no sense for a to go order. When we arrived, there was no one to assist. After calling again multiple times, the same girl apologized and said our order “didn’t go through” and would need to be made now, which would take another 10 minutes. We waited, only for a worker to come out repeatedly calling out a completely different name. After the third time another person brought him back out and when I asked how he had a different name, he just didn't care. He did not apologize for what had transpired. By the time we finally got our food, 45 minutes had passed and food was cold. The whole experience was chaotic, disorganized, and dismissive. I’ve never seen such poor service. Definitely won’t be returning.
