Last night, though, we ordered takeout from their Oakland location, and it was one of the eeriest, most disturbing things I've ever seen. The Oakland location is *not a real restaurant,* despite the images you see online. It's a ghost kitchen in a massive decrepit warehouse with tons of other restaurants. There are no humans to be seen and you pick up your food in a locker, Amazon-style. I would not have ordered if I'd known that those were the working conditions. The restaurant should have to disclose this situation upfront!
