    My late night Oakland Vibes all good and so happy they finally put a gate over the pickup railing where that guy used to stand picking his freaking face......I'm so thankful makes it all more enjoyable

    Just came from there it is 4pm on 12/11/25. The short Hispanic lady at the window has an attitude and was very rude. The fries were cold, not fresh, like they gave me someone else’s fries that were refunded or something. Also the chicken strips hurt to chew, was very rough, hard, and not fresh like they have been sitting out all day and got warmed up before they were served. And the ice cream had a nasty after taste like it was old ice cream.

    There were about 10 people waiting to place an order and not a single cashier available. More than 10 mobile/ kiosk orders were placed, but nothing was moving. Around 8 orders were ready, but nobody was handing them out for over 15 minutes. After another 15 minutes, my order disappeared from the “Now Serving” screen, and I still didn’t receive anything. At this point I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes with no communication from the staff. This level of delay and lack of customer service is unacceptable. Please address this issue. The entire line was stuck, and staff didn’t seem to react or manage the situation at all. In total, the whole experience took 54 minutes, and I never received my order.
