There appeared to be one employee working the drive through. Another one waltz in at 736 blasting music on his phone. Two other customer had come after me. One with a door dash order. One with an in house order. I house guy hot his hot breakfast and drink before me. After I stood there for 20 minutes, late guy asked me if I needed help. "Just waiting for my donuts I placed an order on your kiosk for over 20 minutes ago" " I didnt see you place an order" " I placed it before you walked in 15 minutes ago". It took half an hour to get 21 random donuts in an empty store. What the heck?

My car window is broken and won't go up so I don't feel comfortable leaving it in the parking lot to go inside. I already paid for my order why can't they hand it out the window? Why do I have to walk inside?????? Absolutely ridiculous. Makes no sense. Now I don't get to have the food I paid for.
