  I used to love coming here maybe a year or so ago, especially because I have to drive 20+ minutes to get to here (the nearest Dunkin to me). But now, the past at least 3 times I’ve come it’s not been good. The cold brew tasted like someone had smoked over it and I couldn’t drink it. Came back again, the guys making it do not automatically do 3 pumps of syrup or creams, the way it would if you ordered in the app at any Dunkin. Then most recently, I tried to order in the parking lot redeeming points but they were not taking online ordering. So I go in to order, also cannot use the kiosks. So I order with the 2 guys who always seem to be there, and I promise I don’t mean to be rude but I don’t think they speak fluent English. He had to look up a Valentine’s Day donut on his phone to see what I was talking about. They didn’t have it. They also did not have cold brew ready. I also had to ask for more syrup when they finished my drink, which at least was no problem and they were nice about it. I also had to call the Dunkin line to get everything straightened out after it wouldn’t accept the points I had just redeemed. Not sure if owners or management have changed, but I just want to be able to have a good experience here again.

  This is the absolute worst dunkin ive ever been to and ive been to bad ones prior. Why have a drive thru here if you're going to stand around staring at eachother for 20mins talking then finally come to the intercom after asking if anyones working 5x? I pulled up to the window to pay and literally watched the workers do nothing for 10mins THEN finally rang me up & made me wait another 5mins to bring me a straw. Being at a drive thru WINDOW for more than 20mins is insane!!

  If you manage to not get your car broken into while getting your coffee, you probably have a 10% chance to get what you ordered in an appropriate amount of time. I am not kidding when I say we frequent other Bay Area locations even though the Hegenberger one is around the corner from us. Cannot believe it’s even still operating to be honest. The folks working there are great, don’t get me wrong - but the location is always out of things or having issues.

  Terrible service. Always out of things. Multiple times we've been left waiting for our order, and when we check, we're told they're actually out of key ingredients. They always waste a lot of our time, will not be coming back.

  Drive thru purchase took 16 minutes from the time I pulled up. I waited 2 minutes for someone to ask for my order, which was itself a project because the worker kept misrepeating the order. It then took 14 more minutes to receive the order and he doesn't give a straw for the drink, so I'm risking spilling on my drive. $10 for a bagel that tastes like oven cleaner and iced coffee--I should've gone to Boichik.
