- MRMildred De La RosaDec 26, 20251.0Used the drive thru after picking up a family member from the Airport. Waited in the drive thru to order for about 10-15 minutes. The guy with a headset was talking to his co-worker complaining about taking a break and then said we’re backed up. I said I don’t mind waiting but didn’t expect for it to be so delayed. The food was not good, the hashbrowns were cooked in what tasted like stale oil. I was driving and starting and ate but have been having stomach issues ever since. My family member has also been sick to her stomach for the last two days and we can only pinpoint this food as the culprit. Do not recommend. When I pulled up to the window the workers kept chatting amongst themselves and barely even acknowledged me. I would not go back to any Dunkin again, just like I haven’t been to McDonald’s in over a decade.

They weren’t helpful and seemed frustrated, which made the whole visit unpleasant. The service was slow and definitely not up to standard.

There appeared to be one employee working the drive through. Another one waltz in at 736 blasting music on his phone. Two other customer had come after me. One with a door dash order. One with an in house order. I house guy hot his hot breakfast and drink before me. After I stood there for 20 minutes, late guy asked me if I needed help. "Just waiting for my donuts I placed an order on your kiosk for over 20 minutes ago" " I didnt see you place an order" " I placed it before you walked in 15 minutes ago". It took half an hour to get 21 random donuts in an empty store. What the heck?
