The staff was rude and extremely unprofessional. I pre-ordered a pizza at approximately 2:30 PM for a 4:00 PM delivery for a work event. The order did not arrive until 5:35 PM. I called multiple times between 3:50 PM—when I was told the pizza was finally put in the oven—and 5:35 PM. During these calls, staff refused to provide the driver’s location and repeatedly stated the order was “on the way,” despite the app showing the driver had not yet left the store. When the pizza finally arrived, it was extremely cold. To make matters worse, the store refused to issue a refund. This was a very disappointing experience, especially for a work-related order, and I will not be ordering from this location again.
