    I just left here I ordered two steak tacos with beans and pico de gallo it was absolutely disgusting I threw my food in the garbage. I'll never come back here

    WORST establishment EVER. I came to pick up my order and the manager clearly lied and said that someone already came in to pick it up and gave my confirmation number to her. My boyfriend ordered it online and he is in a different state, he’s the only one with the confirmation number, so basically it was pure laziness to make me my order and told me to just cancel it online. Worst customer service ever. You need to hire better people or you’ll lose your business thank you. If I could give you a negative star review for picking poor managment I would

    The food is edible and the employees are nice. Chipotle is known for their stingy portion sizes so make sure you don’t mobile order. Ask for a little more kindly if you feel like you get shorted.

    Went in 9/8 6:50pm, a lot of food are out already and brown rice I got is under cooked. When I double checked the price with the employee they said “these people don’t read the sign, etc”. Overall very rude and unprofessional. Very poor QA of chipolet.
