  Cute spot. Horrible service. Bad food. My milkshake was spoiled. I live in North Fork and it isnt feasible to drive back for a repeat. I will just go to Jacks

  It was great clean and no wait they did mess up my burger but they made me another one but this time correctly free of charge kiosk work and staff was nice

  Everyone we come here there is a problem. I go through the drive thru so I don’t have to park and wait. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you have to wait 10 minutes for a burger! I thought that’s what they make here

  This is so sad. I grew up on McDonald’s. I know it’s probably not the best for me, but I absolutely love McDonald’s probably more than a steak dinner. I live in the area of this Oakhurst McDonald’s. I was at first a little bit frustrated at the pricing, but I realized paying people the 20 bucks an hour i was actually getting my food hot and it was correct and for the last couple years I’ve been going along really well until this weekend when I tried to get dinner for myself and my wife . I know my wife has a weird order. She loves a big Mac, but she doesn’t eat meat. So she gets a number one with no meat and she absolutely loves it . So she placed her order I placed my order it was wrong on the screen and I said no it’s no meat vegetarian for the 1st number one, They said they changed it. We got to the window to pay and I said it’s a vegetarian no meat on one of the big Mac meals and they said oh it’s not on there. I’ll go change it and I said thank you. So I paid. We got to the next Window to get our food and we were the only car at McDonald’s probably because two people’s food cost a better part of $40 , Which again, I don’t mind because I have plenty of money and I absolutely love McDonald’s. They asked me to pull forward to a spot, Which I absolutely hate because then the food comes cold and I love hot McDonald’s fries. McDonald’s fries are the best french fries ever , one of the best treats on earth. , But they’re not so good when they’re cold and soggy and limp . Every time I get parked, I get cold soggy fries . So I asked the girl if I could just sit here because there is no one else here that I’m holding up and I want my food hot and she argued with me and that I HAD to pull forward . Definitely taking the wrong approach toward me because when somebody tells me what to do, I’m immediately going to do the opposite, especially when I’m over paying for something. So I refuse to move, when I got our food, of course it was wrong. I almost think it was intentional. They put meat on my wife’s burger, Which absolutely makes her sick because she doesn’t eat beef. My Wife just wanted to throw the food away and go to Taco Bell across the street, But I don’t want to give 40 bucks for nothing. So I went in to try to make it right , I went in to get new food, but it didn’t get that far. It just went all wrong. The people behind the counter were just rude and confrontational. I was gonna ask to have the meal redone, but I ended up just asking for my money back because I didn’t trust that they wouldn’t do something dirty to my food like spit in it, That was definitely the vibe I was getting from their attitudes so i took the money and left. Really sad because we like going there once a week and now I just am done with McDonald’s. It appears to social experiment to pay people $20 an hour make happy employees u because they don’t get enough hours as i have been told. Apparently the high wage really hasn’t gotten in my opinion better quality person who can get an Order correct , Or know how to solve a problem quickly and efficiently or just be decent. It sucks because I love McDonald’s. I probably eat it more than I should., But now I’ve just made the choice never to go back Because of what happened last Saturday it’s almost like the universe is telling me I shouldn’t be eating there, so I’ll listen. I’ve lived up in this area for 25 years, We used to never be able to go to McDonald’s around lunchtime or around dinner time because the lines were incredibly long, It must say something when i have recently gone in there anytime and there’s no lines. Good luck McDonald’s. I know my business means nothing to the overall big picture, but maybe you should take a look at all of your Restaurants that not have the customers in them that it did just a few years back.
