  30 minute wait to order. This is the most disorganized Chipotle I’ve been to in my whole life. Plus, the manager started making herself a bowl while there was a line almost out the door.

  Wir waren zwei Abende hintereinander dort nachdem wir den Yosemite besucht hatten. Es war sehr voll und es hatte sich bereits eine lange Schlange gebildet. Als wir in der Schlange standen wurden wir bereits pro aktiv von den Mitarbeitern informiert, dass mehrere Zutaten für die nächsten 30 Minuten nicht vorhanden sein werden. Ich finde die Transparenz gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich und haben sich dafür auch mehrfach entschuldigt. Was ich hingegen nicht verstehe ist, dass es während der Haupt Essenszeit abends keinen weißen Reis, kein Hähnchen und keine Guacamole gibt. Die Küche musste von einem Mitarbeiter alleine organisiert werden und das hat an beiden Tagen nicht gut geklappt. Hier gibt es Handlungsbedarf bei der Organisation und Vorbereitung der Speisen.

  How do you not have food on the line? Just have a manager help the grill person. This is ridiculous. I will never be eating here again.

  The worst Chipotle I have ever been to! They had a line put the door, was one of the few local places open past 9. As we are waiting g in the line a upset looking female staff member yells at everyone in the line " we are out of guacamole, pico, fajita onions, and running low on meat" mind you they were still open for another hour. When no one cared or left the line she shook her head and mumbled something to another staff member. We finally get our food ordered and pay. They had one guy who i believed to be the manager looking completely lost just running back and fourth not helping anyone and not getting anything done. When we go to get napkins and forks the area is completely empty. Only butter knives were there. My wife asks the manager if he can get her some forks and napkins the dude rudely tells her " if I can get around to it" the continued to run around in circles! I finally got and have yo back the register to get someone to finally help us and get some damn forks and napkins. Horrible place, with a rude an helpful staff.

  I saw this Chipotle was rated only a 3.2 stars. I was slightly worried but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly faces and they loaded up my bowl too! Everyone was so nice and I will definitely probably not be coming back, but not because it lacked anything. As a matter of fact it was one of the best Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t live anywhere near so I will likely not return but I wish I could!
