KFC is an institution across Canada I have wonderful memories from the 70s and 80s enjoying KFC with my family. Yellowknife KFC used to be spectacular, however, since it’s franchise closing and master franchise opening up, there have been many differences. The new group, doesn’t have the capacity to service the customers that they get on a daily basis. Whether it’s drive-through whether it’s walk up or whether it’s from the app, KFC Yellowknife fails. I did not want to post anything, however, I’ve had four bad experiences with KFC Yellowknife. On occasion, they have forgot items substituted wrong items, and have had critically wrong decisions in what they put in the bag. I would be very hard pressed to recommend KFC Yellowknife. Don’t do it, across the street is Independent Grocers and their chicken is just as good though you have to go in and get it so it’s not as convenient getting in through the drive-through. I will tell you, the worst thing ever is ordering through the app and then asking for a review of what happened. After missing items, after being incorrectly charged, KFC and their master licensing Canada soul foods, or the individual location, they will not compensate you, even though they have your money.

Honestly had a really good experience here. Food was fresh and hot and the staff were super friendly. Service was quick and everything was good. No complaints at all, I’ll definitely be back

6 pcs chicken, half and half, 5 hot wings, large gravy. Took them 40minutes to have my order done. Not busy. This place is getting more and more ridiculous.
