  CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THE COUNTER before leaving. I ordered a bucket of popcorn chicken they give me a regular, price difference is about 1.5x and look at the size difference. This order was a test of my suspicion. Both containers are ONLY FILLED HALF. I confronted them right at the counter “this is not what I ordered” and they said “oh sorry I got the wrong size”. I DID NOT EVEN SAY ITS THE WRONG SIZE. that shows me they probably knowingly gave me the smaller portion and charging me for a bucket. This isn’t the first time they did that which made me think it is not an employee error is most likely that the store owner told them to do so.

  If there 0 starts i would give them that, all workers doesn’t know how to co-ordinate and work, i waited for 90min for a popcorn and they cancelled it at the end.

  Ordering online is useless! You place an order on the app so you can just go there and pick it up when it's ready. Guess what this store does? Wait for you to show up before they start preparing your order. Then, they let you wait for however long while you see them cook the food you ordered? Worst thing, they just stare at you staring at them and not even tell you what's taking so long. Now, normally I don't mind, but there were literally 10 people who came after me to order in store and got their food quickly! I get that they ran out and had to cook a new batch but they could have literally done that when they actually acted on my order 15mins before I came and not pull up your order when you're actually there.
