  5 stars is for the staff @ Robie Truro Cashier name was Nolan I believe, was very sweet and friendly, and even at 10 pm the energy and polite demeanour is really reflected her professionalism and work ethics .. keep up the good work Nolan. Also our order was packed within a couple minutes.. good work packing team and thanks to the cooking staff.

  They always serve fresh, staffs are accommodating and best kfc in Nova Scotia. 11/10!!

  Picked up a 6 piece bucket 630 pm was told they were done making the extra chrispy for the day I ordered it and when I arrived at the window 4 minutes later they said this and asked if I would be okay with the original. So what choice did I have. So we hit the road and opened up the bucket and was shocked, I have never seen KFC chicken this bad in my life . I am 61 and have eaten KFC at least a hundred time in those years and this was the absolute worst, most of the coating was not on the pieces, it was soggy and should have never been sold . If I was still in Truro at that point I would have turned around and brought it back and dumped it on there counter. We took what was left of the coating and tried 3 pieces because we were hungry and that was it. I took a picture of the last three and threw them out. What a disappointment. Looks like Mary Brown's in the future. I will never eat KFC again.

  Quite disapointed with the lack of food for how much was payed! Wasnt nearly the amount promised or expected. Food wasnt even put in the bag properly! wont be returning unless givin a good reason!
