- MRMarcie RoweMay 6, 20261.0I Ordered my order on the online subway app and was delivered to the wrong house and spoke to Jim there and was very hard to deal with and was back and fourth between Jim and Uber Eats which one of the two were lying to me about my refund and I never received it. Jim talked over me multiple times when trying to explain what happened would not even hear what I had to say was very dismissive to me. 2nd time going there the machine was beeping saying contact limitless before I even tapped with my phone Jim again was very dismissive told me it was my card exceeded it’s tap limit but I did not even tap my card that day what so ever left without my subway. Will not be ever going to this subway again the customer service here is not great.
