The girl who I believe is the manager with the hijab was there and looked to be training someone so again I wait and wait finally I honked my horn she took her time coming to the window, she said nothing, I said a little short on staff I see, she says yeahhhhh like a snotty teenage would. I said I just want a lrg pepsi, she said that’s it?? , I said yes, she got it handed it to me again NOTHING. No sorry for the wait, thank you for coming, nothing. And this is not the first time she has been rude. Please teach her customer service skills, because she lacks them in a huge way! May too explain why you can’t keep staff there!

She berates the young workers there, calling them incompetent, and purposely embarrasses them in front of customers. I understand if you’re busy and getting overwhelmed, but that is no reason to take it out on your workers. We waited there for a long time and left because I felt bad for the poor worker, who is probably in high school, constantly getting yelled at by his superior.
